‘Much more than ideas, patience and persistence are the key elements that create entrepreneurs.’ Starting his innings as an executive in a BPO, Mr. Luv dared to dream for something bigger than a job, but to be a businessperson. Earning his MBA from the reputed Fore School of Management, he started his innings with a leading BPO and in the span of 2.5 years, got promoted thrice for the excellence in work. Dreaming big, he weaved his own network and started a BPO, a venture that would last for a year and half. This BPO had a turnover of over 75 lacs in its first year, but he had to terminate the business later on. He joined in the service sector again, serving adigital printing agency as a Marketing Manager and later as a Sales Manager in a progressive organisation. With this organisation, he travelled to London, to bid in Olympics for in-store branding of Olympics.

Surely, the termination of his first venture dragged him towards the service sector, but he never stopped dreaming. Following his ideology to be patient and persistent, he raised curtains to a brand new business, pouring in all the knowledge gained through the previous venture and what he learnt everyday through his ongoing MBA degree. And this is how Metallicz Media was born. Striding along was his business partner and co-founder, Mr. Rahul Kumar Singh. Together, they begun this journey of success with 2 employees in 2010 and today, they stand strong with over 125 seasoned employees, serving finesse across the sub-continent and receiving compliments for jobs well-done, with every milestone they cross.

Tackling the challenges and limitations, he stood tall and brave, moulding the venture into a reality. Today, the brand has its corporate office in Noida, along with branch offices in Pune, Jaipur and Jamshedpur, due to the combined efforts of the two and the team.
